Reset Groups: What are they?
Feb 22, 2024Written by: Joe Jardine
Hey there!
We've recently introduced something new, and we wanted to take a moment to tell you all about it! They're called reset groups. Reset groups are twice a month video calls in a group setting with mental health professionals that we call mindset coaches. Maybe mindset coaching therapy or counseling is outside of your budget and you're looking for a more affordable way to upgrade your mental health. Or perhaps you're already working with a coach or therapist, but you want to have more constant encouragement by a tribe of people around you. Reset groups are designed especially for you.
Group 1: Depression & Anxiety
Currently, we have two primary groups. One is focused on depression and anxiety. Maybe it's something that you battle, or maybe it's something that a loved one in your life battles and you want to learn more about it to support them better. We'll cover things like:
- Coping skills
- Strategies to control your anxiety
- Journaling techniques
- Avoiding anxiety/panic attacks
- And more ...
Group 2: Athlete's Mindset
Our second group is more geared towards athletes and former athletes. Mental toughness begins with emotional wellness so to perform better in the gym or on the field, you need to be in the right headspace. In this group, we cover things like:
- Overcoming performance anxiety
- Developing mental grit
- Focusing under pressure
- Building routines and habits for a successful life
- Performance mindset journaling
- Balancing life and sports
- And more ...
What's included in a Reset Group?
- 2x/month video calls with professional mindset coaches
- 30 minutes of coaching, 30 minutes of Q&A
- Access to exclusive monthly resources
- Private Facebook Group
- Discounted on-demand webinars
- On-demand access to any missed calls
We know that these groups are going to be a great resource for you to overcome barriers and obstacles that are holding you back in life, to have a life of meaning, purpose and fulfillment. So sign up today for a reset group. We can't wait to see you there.

Do you struggle with anxiety in ways you can no longer handle?
You can't keep track of the number of panic attacks you've had this week. You feel like you're drowning all the time and the only thing that can stop the feeling is sleep. So you try to sleep, but your racing thoughts keep you awake. And when you finally do fall into slumber, it doesn't take long before you're awake again and that drowning feeling returns. You're lucky if you have a minute of calm before the storm hits again.
